What Does A Executive Chef Do?

    An executive chef is a head chef. They are in charge of everything having to do with the kitchen. They normally dont do much cooking, depending on the company size, in a small restaurant they might do all the cooking where as in a larger restaurant they might only cook on special occasions.       They help the main chef cook the meals and clean up around the kitchen and stuff like that. They are kind of like an assistant. If you catch my drift HE
