Go to a doctor and get it checked. I have recently been coughing and wheezing after swimming and am being investigated fro asthma but I think if I have asthma its because of the chlorine in the pool> I seem to be able to actually taste it when I cough. Its strange though because I have gone back to swimming regularly over the last 10 weeks but this has only happened after the last two times. Anyway I guess you have seen a doctor by now but I would at least wonder about the chlorine in the pool. Hope things get better
