I Want To Watch A Horror Film, But I'm Not Shore Which One, Any Ideas?

One of my friends told me to watch the Exorcist, but to be honest i didn't find it that scary, i found it suspenseful in some parts of the movie but im looking for a bit more.

Yes, audiences now tend to find the Exorcist a bit dated. It depends on your taste, but I'd rather see some suspense and drama than a lot of special effects - thought the Blair Witch Project was very good, though you've probably seen it already. And my favourite horror of all time is the Wicker Man (original, not remake) or some of the Stephen King-based films. Have fun!

Today is your lucky day i believe one of the grocest and scariest is THE DECENT and another good one is SEE NO EVIL and of course GRUDGE 1 AND GRUDGE 2, ALL OF THE EXORCIST well that is all i can think of for now because my mind is trying to draw up a blank, i hope this helps you out.

i have seen 1408 and the mist, i didn't find 1408 to suspenseful but it was OK, i didn't really see the point to the movie but over all it was OK and for some strange reason it didn't really scare me, it was just more of a still and watch for me but thanks for suggesting cloverfield I'll probably go see it soon. :)
