First of all what did he do to make you ask if you should break up with him? If it's cheating, abusing (physically, verbally), or doing something horrible that you don't like, then I would say YES! If it's a long distance relationship and you don't know if you can trust him then YES! If it is an online relationship, it's dangerous and I would definitely break up with him. But if something small like he's not a good kisser, then don't break up. He'll eventually get better at it. Just give him a chance. If it doesn't work out, then get rid of him (not to be mean!)

Of course this depends on what he's done/said or what you've done/said to make you ask this question in the first place. If he has hurt you or done somethign you deem to be unacceptable, then yes, break up with him - if the relationship is unfulfilling and not benefitting you, then there is no point sticking it out and wasting your time on someone you're not sure you want to stay with.
