My Lab Has Little White Pimply Spots On Her Back, And She Seems Itchy, Do You Have Any Ideas?

She has been itching a lot lately so we were concerned about fleas, I don't see any fleas but found these little spots, they almost look like a mole, but its white. Any ideas before I spend a fortune at the vet? Thanks for the help.

Well it needs to be determined to be either a rash, parasites, ect first, as the treatments vary. Doing treatment when not properly diagnosed can do more harm then good.

Before you go to the vet try a shampoo made for treating dry skin .Like tea leaf shampoo for dogs or even go under pet meds and put in the symptoms I myself have labs and at times they have had that problem they have oils in their fur so from swimming a lot during the summer they become dry and itch but restoring that oil does the trick and by the way flea shampoos do treat parasite and lice infestations .
