How Do CD Players Work?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

To elaborate the process of the working of the CD player the first thing that we should know is that what the CD is and also about its contents. A CD is like that of a record of gramophone and the information is recorded on the spiral track. When you play the CD on a CD player it is a laser that starts reading it. The reading is being started from the inside ring and it ends up on the outside. When the play back starts moving you can find that a laser beam is shining on the ridges and it is landing on the membrane layer of the data. You can view it yourself by looking at the image that you find on the right side when the data layer is moving.
