    I Have Been Divorced For 3 Months And Neither Of Us Pay Child Support. He Is Not Holding Up To His End Of The Deal. What Do I Need To Do To Get Child Support Started?

    I'm a new member and would love an answer to my question.

    Is the deal u had in writing ? The only advice i can give u is contact your attorney and let him /her know that your ex is not holding up to his end of the deal and they should be able to tell you what to do if that doesn't work contact your local child support it is usually the department of human resources and they should be able to help you good luck.

      Go to the clerk's office and fill out an order for child support. If his name is on the birth certificate, he is obligated to pay child support.
