Pinky mice or meal worms.

Well, really it depends on what kinda of snack it is. But, If you are not sure, Either mealworms,crickets,or pinkies(baby mice) would be good to. Also, if the pinkie is not eaten in a few hours then replace it with a dead pinkie. If that does not work, this may sound gross, but kill the pinkie,cut open its head,and put it in the snake hiding place.

Really it does depend on what snake you have. Although baby snake will eat things like, Pinky Mice,Meal worms,crickets,and sometimes just bugs. Know if you snake is not eating the pinkie in a few hours, then take it out and replace it with a dead one. If it still doesn't eat,this may sound gross,but kill the pinkie,Cut its head open and mesh with the brain tissue,then put it in the snakes hiding place.
