    What Do You Do If Your Attorney Is Not Helping You With Your Workman's Comp Case?

    Sit down with paper and pencil and write down exactly what you want and need your lawyer to do. Then arrange a meeting or phone conversation with him.  Tell him or her exactly what you expect.  If the attorney doesn't agree to help you with your workman's Comp case, then get a different lawyer.  You will be better off!  Take care :-)

      Fire him, get a better one and sue the first one for damages.

      Threaten him with being fired. He might be assigned to you, but you can fire him and get another one. Hope this helps.
