The thing i would do in your situation is just to take a pregnancy test. That is the only way to know if you really are pregnant. Its a nerve racking thing to do but it is the best in finding out whats happening. But if you are on birth control then you should be fine. Lighter periods happen if the girls is stressed. All i can say is its better to know then stress out more about it. And things are there to help so don't stress until you really know whats going on :)
