    What Is The Molecular Biology Of A Brown Recluse Spider Venom?

    We are doing a biology project for college and we would like to know how a brown recluse spider effects our body after being bitten.

    Within hours after being bitten, the spider's venom will begin to kill surrounding tissue. (It's flesh eating.) What makes the bite life-threatening are systemic effects such as hemolysis, or the breakdown of red blood cells, clotting abnormalities and secondary infections.
