It is great that you have decided to study abroad for a better future. The Great thing about Sweden is that Higher Education is totally free of cost for foreigners. You will have to apply to the Swedish university of your choice. Then fulfill their admission criteria. When you get admission in the university you would have to apply for a Swedish visa based on your documents and then you can continue with your studies abroad.

Best hurry up if you plan to study in Sweden. The Swedish government recently announced (in late June as I recall) that it plans to impose fees on non-European Union students beginning in 2010.
