What Were The Major Essentials Of The Petition Filed By Qazi Hussain Ahmed Against Pakistan President Musharraf In A Meticulous Regard?

The prime essentials of the petition that the Jamaat-e-Islami chief Qazi Hussain Ahmed filed against General Pervez Musharraf dealt wholly with the violation of the constitution of Pakistan. In the petition, Mr. Qazi has placed the authentic charges against President Musharraf of still remaining in the army after crossing his retirement age of 60 years.
