    If you have the money to spend and some extra time to shed of your excess weight then hiring a personal trainer to be fit is the best option for you. There is absolutely no harm in having a personal fitness trainer helping you in staying healthy; in fact it would be a wise step to take.

    A professional fitness trainer knows about the physical exercise much deeper and in detail than any body and since they are also certified it is safe for you to get physically trained by them instead of pushing your self at home in staying healthy. You might not know about each and every detail that is required to stay healthy as compared to a fitness worker.

    The person will first examine you and then guide you according to your body type and suggest you the exercises that will work good on you. you can not do yoga, karate, weight lifting etc on your own, because these require a professional trainer to guide you.

    You will need to spend some money but in the end of the day remember it is for your own good and you will benefit from it. If you can not afford a personal trainer, then you may join a group of people at a health spa or gym, as it will cause you lesser money. The group instructor will also help you in staying healthy but remember you will not get your own dedicated attention by the group instructor as the personal trainer would do so.
