What Are The Advantages Of Law?

Answer Question

The law is defined as the body of rules and regulation to keep a discipline in  a general society.

In any civilised society ,law making becomes necessary to avoid any or at least minimise the chances of conflicts and disputes. It is necessary to maintain the order in society and to ensure that doubtful or disputed claims can be resolved in an orderly and peaceful manner.
If there were no laws or system of laws, there would be anarchy all over .Disputes will be resolved forcefully without caring if the justice had been done or not.If the laws are disregarded ,the crimes will prevail and would be unchecked.

The survival of permanent principle of law avoids the dangers of subjective, biased and untruthful decisions. Law is convinced and known. Therefore, a exit from a rule of law by a judge is observable to all. It is not enough that justice should be done, but it is also essential that it should be seen to be done. If the management of justice is left totally to the individual carefulness of a judge, rude motives and dishonest opinions could affect the sharing of justice. According to Salmon (writer) "it is to its neutrality, far more than its intelligence that are due the power and status which the law has overcome at all times; wise or foolish, it is the same for all".

The set principles of law defend the administration of justice from the errors of individual judgement. In most cases, the law on the topic is clear and judges are not predictable to twist the same. They are not probable to replacement their own view for the law of the country. Experience shows that people have lived better-off lives when they are ruled by the set principles of law than when there are no laws as such.

Another advantage of law is that it is more dependable than individual judgment. Human mind is imperfect and judges are no exemption. The understanding of the legislature which represents the wisdom of the people is a safer and more dependable mean of safety than the temporary fancy of the individual judge.
