Can I Burn A Movie From My Computer To A Cd-r?

First you need a dvd-r burner. A cd-r isn't equipped to burn pictures to a disk. Then you need a dvd to burn it to, because a regular blank cd rom is only used for music and/or data.

Perhaps if there is some special software that can convert the media. Otherwise you need a DVD.
