    I Replaced The Water Pump On A 1993 Ford Ranger 3.0 Now There Is A Leak Behind It, How Do I Fix It?

    After replacing the water pump I had a water leak between the block and the plate that is behind the water pump, what do I do now ?

    Take it back off and put a new gasket on it or put gasket maker on the old one but either way it has to come back off.

      You need to clean the surfaces well with a wire brush or razor blade.
