my understanding is that 1 bar equals 1 atmosphere or 14.696 psi, the air pressure at sea-level. Water pressure increases with depth at a rate of 1 atmosphere for every 33 ft. The pressure at 33 ft would therefore be approximately 29.4 psi or 2 bars. Is this correct?
