A vegetarian diet takes some work, as most legumes and vegetables are not a complete protein. What I mean is, they have to be combined to make a complete protein, like pigeon peas and rice is one. As well, tofu is the only item in the vegetarian diet that is a complete protein. Seeing as it absorbs whatever flavour you give it, when I used it in stir fries, would add last as it absorbs so fast. If add sooner, it soaks up everything. Use the firm tofu and dice it. Yum. I use a little currie when stir frying veggies, then add a bit of soya and tofu last. Also, stay away from foods that have been bleached, white rice, white bread, etc. And opt for more natural
