Your dog might be having injury which is causing watery discharge and redness in one eye only. Sometimes, skin hairs can reach in the eyes and can cause irritation and scratching can lead to redness and eye discharge. Other possibilities are abnormal tear drainage and problems with eyelids and eyelashes. Ideally, you should take your dog to vet for diagnosis and treatment.
