If I Forgot The Password In Windows 2000 ......how Could I Enter Into The Computer?

if you have forgotten your user name & password in win2000 then you can break this password. First you should have a dual boot on your system login into the other operating system were you know the user name and password. Go to command prompt, rename the logon.src to logon1.src and convert command .src to logon,src then reboot the system select the o/s where you forgot your user name and password, press ctr+alt+del when it asks for logon then keep the system ideal for 15 minutes.

It will take you to the command prompt, type explorer. From there you can change user name and password.

One day I was also having this same problem.  but I entered my computer with the username "Administrator". I think every computer having this user id and password. so please try to your system with the user name "Administrator"

Click on the "Forgot Password" link and go to the Password Clue which you used when you created your account
