Treatment of white spots on the skin depends upon cause. It requires physical examination to diagnose properly. These white spots can be indications of dry skin or these can be fungal infection. If this is dryness then use moisturizers and if these are fungus then use of both topical and oral anti-fungal medicines is recommended. It will be better to visit a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
