Everytime I Cook Okra, It Gets Soggy. How Do I Keep Them Crispy?

It ruins the taste.

    I am assuming you are referring to frying it, in which you have to get your grease REALLY hot like 350 degrees before you put the okra in. Then it only take a couple of minutes until it is done.

      If you are frying them then you should make a mixture of egg and milk dip your okra in this then flour before frying and make sure oil is at 350 when okra is brown and rising to the top of the oil then they should be light and crispy this should only take 3to5 min.
