Umbilical cord contains two arteries and one vein. Sometimes, there is one artery and one vein which can cause some fetal anomalies. There are 20% chances of cardiovascular problems, kidney problems, GI problems. But sometimes, two arteries are present so close to each other and misdiagnosed as one. I advise you to get second opinion about this condition.
