What Happened To Ted Bundy's Daughter?

It is believed Bundy's wife, Carole Ann Boone, whom he married during one of his trials, moved home with her baby and changed their surname in order to protect her and Bundy's daughter.

As far as anyone, knows they are still alive and well and living under assumed names.

Bundy's daughter was born in October 1982, so will be celebrating her 25th birthday this year. She is quite possibly married by now with a family of her own by now.

Bundy, probably the first serial killer to be caught, was executed by electric chair at 7:06 AM on January 24, 1989.
Forty-two-year-old Bundy was electrocuted by the State of Florida for the murder of Kimberly Leach by passing over 2,000 volts across his body.

Theodore Robert "Ted" Bundy is thought to have been born on November 24, 1946. Between 1974 and 1978, he raped, tortured and murdered numerous young women - including a 12-year-old girl - in Washington, Utah, Colorado and Florida.

He confessed to 30 murders, but it is estimated the true figure is over 100.

How in the name of hell can you people say that you hope she doesn't have any children and that you hope those genes die off?

Evidently you do not realize that there isn't a murder gene. Serial killers are made, not born.

There's things that have to happen before a 'serial killer' can become a 'serial killer'. Look it up.

It wasn't her fault that she had a monster for a father. She didn't ask to be born.

If you knew who she was, would you hunt her down and kill her because of who her father was? I'm sorry, but you need to analyze who's genes really need to die off. . .and I'm not talking about the supposed 'murder gene'. I'm talking the stupidity gene.

Ted Bundy was one of the most notorious serial killer in the history of USA. During the period of 1974-1978, he had raped and killed young women. He reportedly confessed to more than 30 homicide cases against him.  In October 1982, his wife Boone gave delivery to a girl called Rosa. His wife divorced Bundy, changed her daughter's last name.  

The identity of both the mother and daughter are unknown even today. Bundy was executed in the electric chair on January 24, 1989 without leaving his family behind him Wherever Rosa is now, it is clear that the 25 year old along with her mother would like to guard their privacy and do not have nothing to do with Ted Bundy's legacy.

I bet that Carol Ann Boone changed her name and never told her daughter who her father was ( or made up some story about a fallen hero to compensate for her stupidity) ... Just as Ted Bundys mother did.  Anyone see a trend there?

It would be better for her to think her mother got drunk and picked up some guy in a bar than to know that her father was a sociopathic serial killer and her mother is a complete moron who married him knowing what he was.

I can only think that Boone finally grew a brain because of concern over what publicity would do to her daughter or someone was able to talk her into going away and changing thier names.

Remember that some of us are what we are because of our parents and some are in spite of it. I think there's little chance that she's anything but perfectly normal.

I hope ted bundy's daughter doesn't reproduce. Those genes need to die off. I would hate to be born into that family. What a curse.

It is very frightening to think that there is a part of him (or more if she has had children) running around the world!  Maybe she would have had the presence of mind not to have any children of her own!  I wonder if she ever looks a these sites and sees what has been written!  I find the whole thing very fascinating and extremely frightening at the same time!

I think it is unfair to expect his daughter to not have children so that those "genes" can "die off".  It wasn't her fault, or any children she might have had, or will have, what he did.  She wasn't raised by him, so there really is no danger of his influence over her.  From all of the things that I have read about murderers, their murderous traits are brought about by the harshness of their childhood, for the majority any way.  I do realize there are the exceptions, but they really are few.  
I read before about Hitler's nephews.  Their mother and 4(I do believe) boys relocated to the states when they were young.  The boys grew up with new identities to protect themselves from what their uncle did, productive citizens and never wanting to wipe out masses of people.  They chose to not have children themselves because of how mean people are, because of what they had to suffer through.  I always thought that was sad.  They deserved happy lives just like the rest of us.  I couldn't even begin to imagine the feelings they (any family members of murderers, with possibly the exception of parents or those responsible for their upbringing) struggle with and the hordes or ignorant people willing to crucify them along with the murderer.  Could you imagine what it would be like if it was YOUR brother?  Uncle?  Father?  Even with a change of identity, you still carry that with you.  I really doubt that it is something that is going to be passed on through their genes, unless the problems were causes by mutations, such as massive inbreeding.
Have a heart for the poor innocent children, who are nothing more than unwilling victims of fate.

A serial killer in my opinion especially in bundys case are born with an in built sexual fantasy and it is influenced by its surroundings,
Nothing more nothing less for ted.for the family i hope there well and i think intrigue makes us want to wonder and find who they are, what they look like, how they react etc etc.
Wherever the family may be i wish them well.Ted was intriguing in himself.

Many serial killers have kids  ( green river killer,gacy,etc).many of them have a lot of pen pal women ,danny rolling received  dozen of letters everyday

Hahhahahahha omgosh ok, first of all if your saying that or hoping that his daughter doesn't have his "genes" for killing someone. Dude its not the "Genes" that made him kill people. Its not pass on like we are from our family's like giving birth or what not. He developed with signs on his own for being a killer. Not by what his parents told him to do. "genes" have nothing to do with this at all. Hopefully his daughter has a family and everything is going very well for them.
