    I Have Symptoms Of Ms And Had ON In DEC. MRI Showed Lesion On Optic Nerve And Lesion By The Corpus Callosum, Where They Are Suppose To Be And Had Migraine Lesions. What More Do I Need To Have Dx.?

    I am trying to get what is actually needed as evidence for Dx of MS?

    The MS is the disease of central nervous system. This disease starts from optic neuritis and fever. It is treated but another attack take place after 2 months. Then the disability starts. In this disease, the myelin sheath of neuron is lost. It is not necessary to have lesion in brain on MRI. I will advise you to go for evoked potential test.
