You make sure to spend time with both of them (as long as u and ur ex are still friends) but make sure to make ur boyfriends day as special as anyone could possibly make it

I actually have the same birthday as my boyfriends ex, and let me tell you it's a nightmare. I dont like that they still talk to begin with (cuz she'd kill for him back) so on my birthday this year it was rough but he tried really hard to keep the focus on me. But my advice is if he doesnt know he has the same bday as your ex, dont tell him lol. Its not worth the arguments
