I spent months trying to get my car payment modified and wasted several weeks talking to people who didn't know what they were doing. I saw a commercial for ARG (Auto Relief Group). Their site is www.AutoReliefGroup.com This is all the do so everything was very streamlined. I was about 2 months away from losing my Tahoe, and now my payment is about $245 lower (so I was able to keep it) :) They were the real deal.
