What Are Serious Signs Of Illness?

First eyes are they red,producing green mucus,or do you have dry eye,yellow eyes next you want to look at your mouth is it dry.because your tongue must stay wet,sore throat any lump in your throat, do you have really bad breath,do you have less energy to complete normal life duties throughout the day,and one more thing you may want to try looking at your overall skin appearance are you pale, flushed,do you have open wounds that just appeard,do you have any unormal discharges on any body part scabs or sores that won't heal if you have any of these symptoms the first thing you need to do is get you a doctors appointment as soon as possible, if you cannot get a doc right away.put you some warm water in the bathtub and pour one whole bottle 12-16 fl.oz of rubbing alcohol in the warm water, eat only fruits veggies and the only meat you can eat is turkey, chicken, salmon, tuna, and any fried meat you eat may only be fried in 100% olive oil. Same with any foods you eat. No drugs, alcohol or cigarettes get in much sunlight and colors,only watch positive family films , only be around positive people ,and get plenty of exercise even if its only 10 minutes of stretches stay away from all sexaul activities and or any other body fluide exchanging gestures meditate for 5 or 10 minutes every other day about what ever you want and last but not least give god prays and ask for forgiveness for your weakness  ask him for something.do this for one week or two how ever long you want , but in one week if you do this you will fill 400% better out of 1000%so good luck.
