We had an agreement the condo was clean and left in the good condition the key landlord said as soon as i gave the key i would get a check in the mail now I have not heard nothing what do I do? I need my money?

You should go into the office and ask for it face-to-face. If they refuse to give it to you, you may have to take them to small claims court. If they found something wrong with the condo, you should ask for it in writing and if you disagree, then you will definitely have to take them to court to get your money.
