Isection your hair in the front of your head staring at as far as your bangs go back all the way to the beginingg of your ear and then clip the rest of the hair back!
Make sure you wet everthing in front if your bangs are not cut yet seperate your bangs from the hair on the side and pull straight forward and cut accros after this make the part in your hair how you would wait it. Take one side and slide your hand down and as the first peice of hair slips out of your hand glide the sciorrs down your hair pulling away from your face. Then repeat on the other side.

Basically, just get a pair of scissors and a strip of hair then cut it sideways.! If you dont get me then what i suggest is to go to the hair-dressers!!!

I no , but you could try and see if you could cut it first , so your not spending all your money at the hair dressers !! :D
Separate your hair from the back to front
if you dont have a fringe yet just grab bits of hair from th front and cut sidewards like a stair case! Remebr not to cut too much hair off at a time. And you ll be sweet
