This Is Going To Sound Stupid,but Is There Anything I Can Do That Will Guarantee To Make A Guy Start Liking Me? I Mean,he Starts Liking Me To The Point That He's Willing To Quit Drinking For Me And Wait A Couple Months To Go Out With Me. How?

It doesn't sound stupid, maybe you can participate more in class (if you are in a school) be yourself and do NOT try to copy anybody, try being his friend if you are not but if you are already his friend try to communicate more and when you are sure you can tell him that you like him and that you understand. If he doesn't like but that you still like him.

And if you can get him to like you , you can try to show like he is hurting your feelings when he drinks. :-)
