My dog may be pregnant by just a few days and I want to make sure it is safe for her and her puppies if she is pregnant to get rabie shots.

It is best to vaccinate dogs several months prior to getting pregnant-most veterinarians do not recommend vaccinating pregnant dogs.  However the fetal embryos do not implant until day 17-18 so vaccines done in this first period will probably not affect fetal development.
There are 2 types of vaccines-killed and modified live vaccines.  It is best to avoid modified live vaccines, killed vaccines are less of a concern in a pregnant animal.
Any animal can be at risk for vaccine reactions--these are uncommon but if pregnant it could cause abortion of the fetuses.
Ask your veterinarian if rabies or any other diseases are a concern in your area and if they feel vaccinating is appropriate.  If your dog is just several months late for rabies vaccine they may opt to wait and vaccinate once the puppies have arrived.

I would contact your vet and ask if it is okay.  I believe it is, but I am not 100% sure, I would definitely call and see.  Good-Luck.
