    How Can I Get A Copy Of My Birth Certificate From Utah Without Using A Credit Card

    I was born in utah and my mom moved me out here wheni was 3 weeks old i have no credit cards but i need to get a copy of my birth certificate

    Go to the closest post office and get a MONEY ORDER and send it to the state of Utah or better yet go to the s.s. Place and ask for a application for a lost birth certificate mine here in Tennessee it cost me 16.00 bucks all i did was get a money order.
