I Have A Female Doberman About 3 Years Old, And I Noticed Just Lately, When She Urinates It Looks Like Blood, I've Had Her 2 Years. Is This Normal, Or Can She Have A Blabber Infection?

I rescued this doberman from very abusive people and have had her since, she is a very good, obedient, loyal animal! And I'm worried that she might have an bladder or kidney infection, i can't afford a vet due to being on disability, but I'm trying to find out if there is anything i can do or anywhere i can get the medicines if needed, to help her, is the bleeding normal, i have never seen her bleed on a regular cycle or any for that matter, please can someone help?
