Adderall tests positive for amphetamines. It stays in the system 4 days with one time use and up to 10 days with daily use.

Don't have an exact answer for you all i know is Sunday, November 9th of last year I let a friend talk me into trying adderall... Bad choice. Worst decision I ever made. By the end of the day I had done 2 1/2 10mg pills. I had to take a urinalysis that Thursday, November 13, 2008. I popped for dextromethamphetamine (i'm sure I messed up the spelling). So the 4 day thing is accurate i'd give it 5 to be safe. But again, unless prescribed by a doctor please don't risk any medication or take more than prescribed. Especially if you get regularly tested.
