The bureau is high power body to deal with problems of private trade organization involved in the export of committee. The funds used to finance projects relating to the survey of foreign markets, designing of products, opening of display centers and offices abroad. The funds facilitate the exchange of delegates, organization of exhibition and liberal import licenses for export oriented industries in Pakistan.


It was set up to import and export goods on behalf of the Government from socialist countries. The corporation imports raw material, edible oil and essential goods. The corporation exports selected goods to other countries. On the recommendation of foreign exports the government set up design centers. These centers provide design to the small and cottage of the country. The Export promotion bureau provides information to the local produces for participation in the industrial fairs abroad. Pakistani products are displayed on the stalls. Products supply orders are booked.
