Ask a Question, Get an Answer ASAP
"Tell me about yourself " is one of the common requests we must respond to, in the process of a job interview. In preparing for a job interview it is wise to think about our response, write it down, read it over aloud and see how well it fits. How does it sound? Am I comfortable saying this and do I really believe what I am saying about myself? I am confortable with my statement of who I am, what I value in daily living, what is important to my success as a person not only as an employee.
People want to possess an honest idea of your value system: your integrity, loyality, honesty needs to be revealed. Whether you are applying for a job or beggining a new relationship your ability to openly and honestly tell someone about yourself, will make the difference in your future.

First of all, simply give your introduction....
Well, I am , I was born & brought up in and have also done my studies as well. Next you need to give a little detail about yoru various qualifications. You should also highlight any relevant experience you have which would help secure you the position.
Now, if necessary, tell the interviewers something more about your studies with your extra curricular activities & all.
(That was the main part - )
After this tell about your hobbies but remember your hobbies should match with your resume and also with your job...... just like if you are going for a job related to computer field then show your interest in computers. But be strong in your interest field because question will arise from your interest field.
All the Best ! ! ! ! !!!!!

It is generally asked from the people who take interview that tell us something about yourself. So you should tell them about your self it is not required that you give them any specific information. They just check whether the person can depict himself and how better he can talk about himself. So you should tell them about your life, studies, hobbies and thinking. So tell them in a brief and concise way what they want to know. You can tell them about education what you have learnt where you have started from what are your career achievements.
Your daily routine what you like and you dislikes. Sometimes it happens that is very confusing situation you are asked that tell me some good things and bad things about yourself then you suddenly think what you have well and bad you know. So there you get confused so whenever you go for any interview just think of these general questions that can be asked from you in an interview. Be prepare for the interview at least a day before think about it that what question can be asked from you in an interview it would be better to write something about yourself in a paragraph of one or two pages it will be better for you to communicate them.

You can always tell them something interesting or amusing about yourself. Humor never fails anywhere. If you can make someone smile, even if it is a professional interviewer that means you have left a good impression on them.
However if you are one of those people who gets really jittery in a job interview, maybe you should leave the humor out. In that case, you should tell them about your previous work experience. Maybe, you should start off with your first job and how you started and all.
You can also highlight a specific achievement that you have accomplished on a job or in academics or even in extra curricular activities. You can tell them about in interesting incident from your life. Something that will leave a good impression.
Other things that you can talk about can be:
Your hobbies and interests
Your volunteer activities, (if you have volunteered for something)
If you were active in sports you can tell them about your achievement in sports or anything extra curricular.
If you have travelled, you can tell them about your travelling experiences. etc.
If you need anymore ideas, let me know and I will add to the list :)
I hope this helps.

The best way to answer this type of questions is to start from your education. You must move in an ascending manner i.e. firstly, you must tell about your schooling, secondly about your college education and then your university qualification. If you have varying qualifications in you educational career, explain the reasons for this variation. For example, if you have done your B.A with languages and afterwards, you do your masters in business administration. You must justify your choice of degree. Similarly, if you have any distinctions in your educational career, you have to tell them along with the qualification. When you are finished with telling about you qualifications, move on to the extra curricular activities you had in your educational career. Try to choose only those in which you had some distinction. After that, move on to your professional career and start right from the very first job you had. At this point, you must be clear with one point in your mind that you can be asked any question at any given moment. So you have to be very careful while telling about your professional career. If the discussion does not move to any other point, start telling a little about your family. But I don't think that the interviewer will let you move on from professional career without deviating you from the original question. And the real interview will get started during your explanation about your previous jobs.
