    In Ayn Rand's Novel "The Fountainhead", The Main Character, Howard Rourk, Speaks About "self-sacrifice" Not Being The Ultimate Virtue. Where Can I Find This Quote Without Reading The Entire Book Again?

    There is a particular paragraph in the book in which Roark speaks about sacrificing one's self not being as virtuous as people think. The philosophy intrigues me, and I have been trying to find this particular quote since the copy I had was destroyed in a fire.

    It could be very hard to search that particular quote from "The Fountainhead" in hard copy.So what you need to do is to visit the following link which contains all the famous quotes from that book including the one your asking:

    Thanks. I'll try it. Truthfully, I became so frustrated I finally bought a used copy of the book so I can read it again!
