We got a dog that had its tail cut off before we got her, now she has a sore on it. What can i do to help it heal faster?

It is not good to have sore on a wound. It is caused due to moisture. Stop your dog to lick it if it tries to do so. Dry the wound but do not use cotton on open wound. Only dry the surroundings by using clean towel. Keep on applying Pomade at regular intervals till it heals completely. If your dog plays in mud then cover the wound with sterilize gauze. Change its bandage daily. Keep on using Pomade in this situation as well whenever you change bandage.
