What Is A Healthy Sodium Intake Level For Adults?
Trying to find a diet with low sodium

If you are talking about common salt, the figure for an adult is a maximum of 6g daily. You can use "lo-salt" as a substitute but it is better just to get used to food that tastes less salty. Use other spices in your cooking and you won't notice the lower salt so much.
