Please save your money. If all the claims that all the pills make were true, obesity wouldn't exist. When you see the ads, look at the small print. "To be used with diet and exercise". Or "results not typical" under the pictures of the "big losers". Just ask your doctor.

I have actually taken lipo-6 the only side effect i noticed was that it made me shaky at times and i during the afternoon i had to make sure to have a snack with me to keep my blood sugars normal. Well and this is a little embarrassing but i went to the bathroom a lot more than normal too. I was only taking it for the energy but it did cause me to drop 10 pounds. Now, that being said, If you are wanting this to help you lose weight you really need to be self-conscious of your eating habits and how often you exercise. Because it says directly on the bottle "do not take for more that 2 months" so if you can't change your habits, then the pill is going to do you no good, you will just gain the weight back.. Hope this helped.
