I tried to find out more about this particular piece for you but couldn't find it mentioned in any lists for Osborne.
It was made after he had returned from a long period in America. 'A Cottar's Saturday Night ' was a poem by Robert Burns and I presume that the figurines will be based on the Burns poem.
I would recommend that you write into a good antiques magazine and ask for help. Also dependent on where you live you could try taking it or a photograph to a reputable auctioneers and ask if they can help. You could try writing to some of the T.V programmes who produce Antiques Road Shows and ask if someone there could help. Good Luck
