    Dimitri Mendeleev made the periodic table in 1869

      Although precursors (Wolfgang & New lands)  to this table exist, its invention is generally credited   to Russian Chemist, Dimitri Mendeleev in 1869. After that there are so many contributors to this modern periodic table.
