Is There Sex After 40?

Our society promotes sex as an activity for the young, healthy and beautiful. We never see ads , for example, showing implicit or explicit sexual behaviour between older people, The handicapped or the ordinary-looking yet, in reality, millions of people who have normal healthy sexual appetites do not fit the stereotype. The aged should not be prohibited from sex, marriage or anything else that they wish to pursue.  
Our society worships youth; that much we know. A `bad' young person is still preferable to a `good' older person. The aged have lived their lives and now should be content to see out their days with as much access to life's pleasures, including sex, as possible.  Sex is only one part of a whole existence and can't be divorced from others so for older people to feel alive and fulfilled, Being loved and enjoying sex can only work as part of an overall lifestyle.  
There is no real evidence to suggest that people lose interest in desire in sex as they get older.

Yes, there is sex after 40.  It doesn't matter how old you are, I think it has more to do with your health.  Yes, you see or hear younger people talk about sex, it's equally important for older people except that they realize that it's not just sex, they want more with their parter.  Sex is just a part of a relationship.The relationship is a combination of all kinds of things depending on the couple, but if there's love , the sexuality of the couple will be a lot better than just sex.

Haven't you heard the popular saying 'men and women reach their prime when they are forty'?!
Yes. Of course there is sex after forty, after fifty, and after any age at all!
It all probably depends on the state of your health, and your mental health as well.
If you are an active individual, and are full of fun and are lively, then what is stopping you from enjoying the most natural of all activities in the world?
If you feel you do not enjoy sex as much as you used to, then visit your doctor as soon as possible, and remedy matters, so that you can continue to live life to the fullest. Perhaps when the medical reason is corrected, matters will correct themselves automatically.
Otherwise, you can invest in a few good books and toys, to help you along.
What after all is life without spice?

I can only answer for myself, I am 43, YES! I remember my 40th birthday and the next morning was the best SEX to that date. It keeps getting better for me.  I'm looking forward to 50.

You can have sex at any age . No limit. Everyones young at the heart and mind.

There IS sex after 40, 50 and I bet there is after 60 and 70 too!!!
