Take ibuprofen or tylenol for the fever, gargle with lukewarm saltwater, run a cool mist humidifier, and drink lots of water and juices. If the fever continues and you have a thick green or yellow nasal discharge you should see a doctor, it could be a bacterial sinus infection, or strep throat.
