How To Prepare Brown Tofu?

    In order to prepare brown tofu 2 pieces (10 oz) Tofu, 1 Green pepper, 2 cloves garlic, 2 spring onions, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil.

    To start with horizontally slice the tofu into half. Next you need to cut it again in triangle shape. Now cut the garlic fine and cut the spring onions into fine pieces. Subsequent, remove out all the stems and seeds of the green pepper and chop them into pieces. Next, Heat 3 cups oil in a wok. Next deep fry the tofu and leave 1 tablespoon oil in the wok. Next you need to fry the spring onions and garlic till you get the excellent aroma. Add the chilli sauce, tofu, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon water. Cover the entire contents and boil it for around 5 minutes and add some green pepper and also some sesame oil for frying.
