    My Landlord Wants Me To Pay For A Broken Glass Window That I Did Not Brake, Can He Do This?

    Some kid playing throw a rock and broke my bedroom glass window I know what kid did it and had a takl with his parents but they wont pay for it I informed the landlord and he told that I have to pay for it .

    In a sense you are responsible for damages on any property you rent even if you didn't do it. I would take the kids parents to small claims court and sue them for the cost of the repair.
