    There Is A Low, But High Pitched Ringing Sound In My Head. How Do I Stop This?

    I was listening to music at about half way in volume, on my ipod. Then i walk into my room and take the headphones off. Then i start to hear it. The next morning i still hear it and its driving me crazy. Plz help

    I was a DJ (Disk Jockey) for 10 years. Usually if the music is to much for your ears you will hear a ringing in the ears after you take you headphones off for awhile. But into the next day? I'd see your doctor. I hope you haven't suffered any hearing loss. How is your equilibrium? Are you dizzy? See your doctor soon my friend.

      There is a condition called tinnitus which affects your balance /hearing ringing in the ears I would go to the doctors and at present don't play your music through earphones
