Mention to him that his signing your name is fraud as is his claiming you for the married benefits in the military. Although am not sure how the current military benefit regs read. Right about now you need to get up close and personal with a member of the legal profession.

You are a little beyond needing to 'mention' anything to him. You need to go to your local branch of the military service he is currently 'serving' in, and explain everything to them, and find out what sort of documentation you need to get for them (to prove your claims). Then get them.
You should then go to your local IRS office and inform them of his actions and request a copy of the tax papers for the previous tax year, with a copy of their documentation of the tax return being issued and cashed, and advise them that the return was filed fraudulently to have them begin their investigation (again finding out what documentation they will want from you).
Then contact a local attorney and talk to them about what you can do about garnishing his military pay, and arranging for some sort of forced spousal-support, at least until the divorce is finalized or the courts decide.

I'm deeply saddened that someone chose to rate the two above answers with 'Poor' and 'Bad' ratings when they give sound information. It seems like someone did not like the answers, possibly because this felon is a member of our US military system?
Frankly, as an American citizen already having issues with the ongoing military action we are involved in, I certainly don't want someone like this representing MY country in a foreign country! Who knows what other inhuman or illegal acts he may be committing on foreign soil?? I'd rather see him shipped to Fort Leavenworth with a dishonorable discharge, than have someone like this free to wear our flag on his uniform. Frankly I'd be ashamed to represent myself as an American if someone like this could commit felonies of this severity (forgery and [most likely] grand theft, with a little fraud on the side?!?) and not be dragged back to the US for prosecution and imprisonment.
Assuming your information you have given is true, I hope you are able to get justice and he gets a lesson in the full power of the law of these great United States!
Best of luck to you, and stay strong!
